Are you an experience Accountant looking for a change of pace? We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join the team at a local manufacturing facility. This will be a 100% onsite role! Key responsibilities include completing monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, reconciliations and financial reporting, with strict adherence to corporate deadlines and policies as well as maintainign month-end financial statements. Responsibilities
- Works with confidential data, which, if disclosed, might have significant internal effect or minor external effect.
- Develops and documents business processes, systems and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Completes monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, reconciliations and financial reporting, with strict adherence to corporate
- deadlines and policies.
- Responsible for month-end financial statements, including balance sheet, income statements, cash flows, and variance
- analysis.
- General ledger and close management.
- Performs ad hoc reporting and analysis as required.
- Sales Tax filing and compliance.
- Provides mentorship to the Accounting Team including the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Job Cost
- Departments.
- Prepares and reviews cash flow forecast.
- Coordinates the yearly financial audits.
- Assists CFO in the budget preparation and reporting.
- Prepares Monthly Commission.
- Bank reconciliations and monthly bank audits
- Works with Database, cleaning datasets, coding
