JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the Application team to prototype and prove the viability of data solution
- Design of all aspects of data solutions including modeling, developing, technical documentation, data diagrams and data dictionaries.
- Lead development and execution of data solutions involving domain specific analytics.
- Require the person to be hands on in Snowflake Development and Administration
- Provide expertise in the development of standards
- Work cross-functionally with product owners, business stakeholders, and management.
- Comfortable with rapid prototyping and disciplined software development processes.
- Hands On Development skills in Snowflake technologies.
- Performs other duties as assigned

responsibilities:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (computer science or other equivalent majors). Prefer advanced degree
- 8 years of architecture or engineering experience in data modeling, building data pipelines, ETL Frameworks, Data products and Distributed data systems
- 8 Years experience within Data Warehouse: management (creating table structures/ star schemas etc.) within Snowflake:
- 15 year of experience with SQL - Stored Procedures/UDFs/Views/Tables, Shell is a plus
- 5 year of experience with Snowflake, Shell is a plus
- 5 years as a Snowflake Developer/ Data Engineer/ ETL Developer/ Data Warehouse Analyst etc.
- 5 year of experience with PySpark
- 5 year of experience with procession JSON files
- 5 plus years of job-related experience in programming languages such as Scala, Python, or similar
- Expertise in Cloud Data technologies (Snowflake)
- Expertise in ETL tools (SAP BODS, Informatica or similar tools)
- SAP functional domain knowledge is big plus
- Experience in data governance, data security, data compliance etc.
- Large scale projects, process and industry experience is big plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to provide technical direction to data and analytics teams
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
