Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
As a Senior Underwriter, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective risk selection of cases reviewed.
- Review and analyze complex insurance applications, financial status, and other relevant data to determine the risk level associated with each applicant.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements throughout the underwriting process.
- Communicate effectively with agents, brokers, and policy applicants to request additional information, clarify requirements, and provide explanations regarding underwriting decisions.
- Retirement and financial accounts: Mortgages, underwriting for Banks, Roth, 401K, Annuities, Loan
Here’s what you’ll have:
- Minimum of 4 years life or health underwriting experience.
- Demonstrated skill in AWD or similar system, MS Office skills, risk assessment skills and strong platform skills.
- Above market-level compensation at $37.50 per hour
