Service Administrator

Responsibilities

• Receives and documents issues with damaged equipment
• Verifies warranty and service agreement 
• Communicates and provides damaged equipment to onsite Mechanic
• Provides the customer with the estimated return date of their equipment
• Maintain unit records by recording problems and corrective action plans
