Service Coordinator

A major building and manufacturing company located in Charlotte is looking to add a talented service coordinator to join their team! Benefits are offered upon conversion for this temporary-to-hire role. 

salary: $17 - $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
education: Associate

Responsibilities

• Take all calls and emails sent in from home builders and field reps for any service or warranty issues
• Create work orders in the internal system
• Determine what materials are needed to complete/repair the job
• Assist with scheduling - review calendars and determine when the repair can take place and get it on the schedule
• Print/provide paperwork to the labor department so they know what is needed for the installation
