Service Director

We're seeking a skilled Service Director to develop objectives and plans for our Service Department. You'll manage HR activities, budgets, and training plans, while ensuring compliance with QHSE management systems and updated service manuals. Maintain quality control, customer relations, and technical advice to external service stations. Negotiate contracts, coordinate with senior customer staff, schedule cruise line requirements, liaise with headquarters, and implement best practices. Responsibilities

• The SD develops objectives and strategic plans for the Service Department in alignment with company goals.
• They produce timely reports, develop HR activities and negotiate salaries for service facilities.
• Manage budgets, develop training plans, and measure service personnel efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE management systems and updated manuals for service on LR, PPE, and MES.
• Oversee quality control, maintain customer relations, purchase maintenance supplies, and provide technical advice to external service stations.
• Negotiate service contracts with customers, coordinate with senior customer staff, and schedule cruise line requirements for service.
• Liaise with company headquarters and identify and implement best practices.
