Required Skills:
- 5 years experience working in the Pharmacy data domain (PBM space) as a Data Architect with responsibility for defining the end-to-end Data Strategy
- Multiple experiences working w/ multiple complex data sources and being able to define a Data Architecture that enables integration of data for multitude of target data platforms including Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Mart, etc
- Extensive experience working with a wide-variety of both on-premises and cloud native technology stacks including RDBMS, Big Data / Hadoop, NoSQL, Databricks, Snowflake
- Able to evangelize / drive a holistic strategic vision across multiple organizations and stakeholders to understand gaps & opportunities and create alignment
- Highly experienced in consultative skills to assess/surface, analyze, and define underlying requirements which are not immediately clear
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to tailor the conversation to the audience: Executive vs analyst/engineer AND business vs technical
