STAFF ACCOUNTANT

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accounting tasks (AP, AR, GL, Treasury) following US GAAP, IFRS, and company policies.
• Process invoices, check data accuracy, and match with purchase orders.
• Utilize ERP system for financial analysis and decision-making.
• Understand various accounting transactions and develop analytical skills.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements (BS, P&L, Cash Flow).
• Gain expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and SAP FICO.
• Ensure compliance with external regulations (taxes, filings).
• Create ad hoc reports for projects.
• Handle administrative duties, including reports, tax filings, and audits.
• Manage document filing and control.
• Align with the company's core values and business environment.
• Support policy and procedure improvement.
• Maintain professionalism in interactions with external parties.
• Understand and promote company Quality, Safety, and Environmental Policies.
