Responsibilities
• Prepare and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Manage financial transactions, including cash receipts and disbursements, purchase orders, and invoices
• Ensure that all accounting records are accurate and up-to-date
• Prepare financial statements and reports as required
• Manage payroll processing and tax compliance
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities
• Provide assistance with audits and tax filings
• Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
• Perform other duties as assigned
