STAFF ACCOUNTANT

We are looking for a Staff Accountant who is interested in proving their skills and abilities in a fast paced environment. This is a 6 month contract position that has the potential for extension and/or the opportunity for permanent hire. We are looking for someone who understands the difference between debits and credits, has experience reviewing balance sheets and performing general ledger reconciliations. 

salary: $28 - $32 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform journal entries and complete general ledger reconciliations
• Identify, resolve and correct journal entries 
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting transactions

Skills

Accounting (2 years of experience is preferred)

General Ledger (2 years of experience is preferred)

Journal Entries (2 years of experience is preferred)

Balance sheets

Reconciliations
