STAFF ACCOUNTANT

salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Assist with financial reporting & quarterly statements
• General Accounting Analysis
• Project Accounting Analysis – quarterly projections
• Bank Reconciliations
• Help with treasury function as needed
• Assist with Payroll reporting
• Summarize and post data to journals, ledgers, and accounts
• Reconcile bank accounts, checks, journal entries and other accounting records
• Receive and match invoices to purchase orders, requisitions and receiving documentation
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies with vendors, subcontractors
• Analyze payroll and income tax accounts
• Analyze job cost reporting
• Assist with audits and organization of department records
