responsibilities:
- Review planning strategies and planning parameters set by the site
- Analyze order statuses for customers and drive continuous improvement for this process
- Recognize and resolve customer satisfaction issues (both internal and external)
- Reviews daily production output, addresses root cause issues with manufacturing team and calibrate workforce capacity with demand
- Prepares reports and other correspondence for use by Eaton SCM professionals
- Review purchasing shortages with buyer on a daily for status and supports the purchasing function as required
- Participates in the High Performance Work team and daily Tier cadence
- Adapt to change, and process improvements, while supporting various value streams throughout the plant.
- Drives value by defining problems and eliminating root causes and creates supply chain solutions for process improvements.
- Acts as an exceptional communicator with both internal and external customer interactions.
- Perform all other duties as required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field from an accredited institution and/or a minimum of 1 year working in a supply chain in role
- Minimum 2-year experience in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in the development and tracking of internal metrics
- General knowledge of ERP and specifically MRP
- strong communications and customer care skills when interacting with both internal and external customers.
- Knowledge of quality assurance and reporting accuracy
- Experience in MFGPRO
- Possesses knowledge in the applications of data analysis and tools for customer status of orders and process improvements
- Possesses knowledge and applications skills in the supply chain process
