The biggest employer in Social Circle is seeking a Warehouse Clerk. ***Weekend shift*** Fri-Sun (6am-730pm) Must be able to read, write and perform basic mathematical computations.
Proficient in warehouse management systems and pc environments.
Physically capable of climbing, kneeling, stooping and frequent lifting of 16-30 pounds up and down to head and chest level.
Must be able to train to operate forklift, material handling equipment and all other fucntions of the warehouse
Ability to handle often stressful production demands, demonstrates teamwork and cooperation. Good judgment, positive attitude, team player,high level of initiative and detail oriented.
Ability to differentiate product utilizing proper document/label identifiers. Requires interpersonal and organizational skills.
Must be able to count accurately and efficiently.
Must be able to work overtime as required.
Data entry experience.
salary: $18 - $18.5 per hour

Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ensures the effective and accurate shipment of finished goods to customers and complies with all warehouse, operations, safety and shipping policies and procedures.
Assists in loading and unloading trucks and maintains a clean, neat and orderly work area.
Prepares packages for shipment in a manner that ensures a damage free arrival.
Creates supporting documents to ship HazMat in accordance with DOT regulations.
Creates supporting documents to ship items via Export through the Traxs System.
Uses the WorldShip manifest system to ship packages via UPS and FedEX.
Effectively and accurately uses Clippership to process and ship orders from JDE/dClink ERP systems.
Complies with Federal Drug Administration, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Department of Transportation, Material Safety Data Sheets standards and company Standard Operating Procedures.
Conducts operations in a manner which promotes safety.
Perform other duties as assigned.
The essential functions of this role include:working in a smoke free environment wearing steel toe shoes standing for 8 hours at one time working weekends
