Financial Analyst

Job Title: Sr. Financial Analyst

Duration: 5 Month (Contract to hire based on performance)

Location: 1210 East Madison Ave, Athens, TN 37303

Essential Job Functions:

• Compiles and analyses financial information for leadership.
• Develops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.
• Creates and analyses monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.
• Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management.
• Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.

Preferred Skills, Education, Experience:

• 6 Years working experience in an Accounting or Finance position, automotive industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the finance and /or accounting field.
• Fluent in MS Office applications, expert in MS Excel.
• Experience with SAP and Hyperion applications preferred.
• Familiarity with Internal Controls and Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex or ambiguous situations; ability to work under deadlines.
• Ability to analyses complex data and communicate findings by verbal or presentation format.

Salary: $43.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
