What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory Clerk position at Rangam Consultants Inc.?
Shift - 8AM-4PM
Summary:
- Review inventory for mill floor and port inventory at the local warehouse.
- Will check bill of ladens and file.
- Will assist with Optivision load sequencing.
- Work projects in Supply chain and shipping as needed.
- Backfill for vacations and FMLA absence
Responsibilities:
- Enter all parts received into the maintenance inventory database.
- Organize and monitor the parts being utilized in inventory.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the parts inventory area.
- Process equipment requests for additional parts if needed.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and some data entry application.
- Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs if necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25.00 - $26.44 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cottonton, AL 36851: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Inventory control: 1 year (Preferred)
