This position will be tailored to grow the successful candidate into a Business Banker. A defined period of time will be spent in the credit department, commercial loan processing, and portfolio manager roles.

Special focus on learning all Range Bank has to offer in order to get a comprehensive understanding of business lending in order to better serve commercial clients.

Primary Responsibilities Operate for an extended period of time in the commercial credit department learning commercial loan underwriting, file processes, loan operations, report writing, and exposure to portfolio management and reporting.

Participate in community organizations and business development Develop interpersonal communication and management skills Receive training and perform duties in some but not necessarily all of the following areas : Commercial Lending and Business Banking Credit Analysis and Loan Processing Operations Delinquency problem solving and collections Special projects as assigned Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business-related field, or equivalent experience in related position Exceptional customer service / interpersonal skills Strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task Proficiency in current technology and Microsoft Office High degree of accuracy Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in the banking industry 2-3 years of office experience, banking preferred Full Time Benefits include : Paid time off (2 weeks to start) Volunteer time off (1 day per year) Paid holidays (9.
