This position is located on Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands.
Essential Functions
- Process Calibration Equipment, Analyze, and Maintain TMDE related data using the US Army TMDE Integrated Material Management System (TIMMS) program in addition to commercial calibration asset management programs.
- Process, Package, Ship, and Track TMDE equipment.
- Create and maintain accurate TMDE files and Job Logs.
- Maintain property accountability through detailed record keeping and equipment audits and inventory.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, labs and other entities for shipping and receiving TMDE.
- Communicate with customers and vendors in regards to all aspects of calibration, repairs, returns, and purchasing of TMDE equipment.
- Provide customer notification regarding equipment Delinquency, Projections, and Notice of completion.
- Educate TMDE coordinators on current Army and Local TMDE procedures and policies.
- Coordinate quotes, and data needed for Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders.
- Perform Reconciliation inventories of equipment awaiting pick-up.
- Perform weekly Report Action Reviews.
- Assists Supervisor with the creation and management of DA3758.
- Utilizes TB 43-180 to assist Customers research TMDE.
- Works with Property and Supply to ship TMDE.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Fundamental understanding of production, planning, and asset management.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with MS Office products.
- Ability to positively interact with customers and vendors.
- Must be self-directed, self-disciplined, and eager to learn.
- Focused and Detail Oriented.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field or experience in lieu of a degree.
- Two or more years’ experience in inventory control, and/or Resource Planning (RP).
- Fundamental understanding of production, planning, and asset management.
- Experience dealing with customers and detailed oriented tasks.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship.
- Must be able to relocate to the United States Army Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. passport.
- The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs. unassisted, and bending and standing for period up to 1 hour is required.
- This position is unaccompanied.
