This position is assigned to Vandenberg SFB, CA.
This position is not eligible for a (hybrid) telecommuting schedule / remote. Tasks for this position must be performed largely on-site, but later assignments may be performed remotely
Essential Functions
- Provide leadership and direction for Resource Control personnel
- Responsible for staff scheduling to include: work assignments, training, employee vacations, overtime assignments and shift rotations
- Assist employees with problem resolution, interpretation of company policies site safety meetings and regulations
- Ensure personnel provide operational scheduling support, to include resources status reporting, conflict analysts, operations verification, site notification, institutional scheduling, test data receipt and distribution
- Monitor data production, timelines, and assure final delivery of data productions in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage preparation and delivery of reports and summaries specified in the basic contracts, exhibits A&B of the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL)
- Ensure maintenance and reconciliation of Direct Cost Reimbursement data from resources reporting JOCAS, Range Utilization Measurement System (RUMS) and Task Assignment Reporting Systems (TARS) to Western Range and for timely and accurate submission of funding and expenditure to the Air Force Accounting Office
- Oversee training to ensure qualified personnel are available to support scheduled operations in accordance with the Operations and Maintenance Enterprise Qualification Program (EQP)
- Monitor personnel and system performance during operations to ensure status reporting is accomplished in accordance with LISC Operating Instruction (LOI) for Reporting Range System Status During Launch Operations and Mission Rehearsals
- Responsible for meeting department productivity and quality goals
- Chair meetings to coordinate section activities as required
- Participate in quality reviews for mission planning documentation
- Vigorously pursue initiatives to improve the quality, efficiency, and timeliness of LISC enterprise solutions, products, or services
- Perform other duties as assigned

Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook)
- Experience working in a collective bargaining unit environment, preferred
- Experience leading and following Safety/Security Policies and Procedures, preferred
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements
- Must be fully vaccinated from the COVID-19 virus, which means two weeks have passed since a single-shot vaccine or the second dose of a two-shot vaccine. Requests for medical or religious accommodations will be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, which includes U.S. citizenship or U.S. naturalization

The salary range for this role is $76,970 to $120,485; however, RGNext considers several factors when extending an offer for employment, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training and preferred skills and knowledge.
