```Job Summary```
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Animal Shelter Manager to oversee the operations of our animal shelter. As the manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and care of all animals in our facility. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of animals in need.

```Responsibilities```

  • Supervise Employees and volunteers
  • Implement policies and procedures
  • Coordinate follow up of animal adoptions, foster and foster to adopt
  • Verify required vaccinations and sterilization of all animals
  • Perform daily inspections of shelter, report any issues that need fixing and that they are completed in a timely manner. If they aren't being addressed let the board know
  • Work with board on monthly budgets and ways to cut costs
  • Schedule employees according to number of animals in the shelte
  • Schedule spay and neuter surgeries
  • Help employees out when needed
  • Work closely with the board and fundraising committee.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

  • Hibbing, MN 55746: Relocate before starting work (Required)
