General Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities of the General Maintenance Technician Include:

• Demonstrate a willingness to learn wide variety of skills and develop the ability to address a large range of repairs
• Repairs and or installation of walls, windows, doors, glass, welding, dock equipment, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, cabinets, flooring, painting, ceiling tile and grid, insulation, various hardware, dock equipment, concrete, masonry, landscaping and more.
• Identify required tools and special equipment
• Oversee to completion each maintenance work order scope in regard to effective procedures, quality control, safety and efficiency.
• Utilize as expected the technical tools made available to you and your team for communication, work order detail, follow-up and documentation for the following work related tools:

a. I-phone and I-pads - including job related apps, software and digital photosb. Smartsheet Software – daily work order logs, inspection docs and quote docsc. Email communicationd. GPS and digital mapping

• Remain open and available to after-hour and weekend calls when required.
• Attend meetings with Ranger Supervisors, Service Teams and Ranger Construction in general when requested.Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring.
• Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding.
• Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
