Security Officer

Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Security Agent. As a Security Agent, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our premises and personnel. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in loss prevention, law enforcement, or military service.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access
- Conduct regular security checks of the premises
- Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to any suspicious activities or incidents
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Handle conflicts or difficult situations with professionalism and tact
- Assist with emergency response procedures, including evacuations if necessary
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
- Previous experience in loss prevention, law enforcement, or military service is preferred
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques

- Valid Drivers License and dependable vehicle
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions when needed
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and strong observation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
