Position Title: Project Coordinator
Reports To: Branch Mgr.
Status: Hourly
Job Type: Full Time.
Supervises: N/A
Location: Field /General Office Location/Building
The Project Coordinator position is responsible for managing the successful delivery and activation of services sold to customers utilizing internal and external resources in an efficient manner and supporting Sales activities in other areas as directed.
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate assigned projects after contract execution to completion.
· Work with sales to support activities, complete paperwork for contracts and monthly services agreements, job file and workflow as directed
· Work as a liaison between Sales and the Field Technical team to ensure customer expectations and feedback are clearly communicated.
· Partner and in some cases ride along with Sales personnel to facilitate accurate labor and material estimates and to assist in creating a complete and comprehensive, often bundled proposal.
· Enter Purchase Order information into NetSuite for each installation and follow the equipment from PO to staging to delivery to techs/site.
· Deliver parts to locations as directed.
· Track Inventory and general shop organization and efficiency, including quarterly inventory counts.
· Communicate project status to customers and management frequently
· Survey customers after project completion and provide feedback to management
· Track large project costs during the life of the project
· Support field and corporate with Vehicle maintenance and coordinate with maintenance and re4pair shops for scheduling needed work.

g. Repair and inspection of all of the above systems
· Coordinate/schedule tech resources for jobs with RapidFire Business Unit’s, customers and/or the GC.
· Support as needed the invoicing process during the job and completion and forward to the Office Manager for processing.
· Coordinate with Sales/Tech teams on converting sales leads orders to jobs.
· Other duties as assigned by management

Knowledge, Skill & Other Requirements:
· Must pass a background check
· Project Management training or PMP certification a plus
· Local and national code requirements
