Hot Tub Delivery Technician

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as an Hot Tub Delivery Technician. This position involves delivering, installing, and servicing hot tubs for our valued customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver hot tubs to customers’ homes in a timely and professional manner.

2. Install hot tubs according to manufacturer specifications and customer preferences.

3. Ensure proper setup, including leveling, electrical connections, and water filling.

4. Conduct basic maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and water quality testing.

5. Educate customers on the operation and maintenance of their hot tubs.

6. Troubleshoot and resolve any delivery or installation issues that may arise.

7. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, installations, and service calls.

8. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on job sites.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

3. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects with assistance.

4. Basic understanding of hand and power tools.

5. Excellent customer service and communication skills.

6. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

7. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

8. Previous experience in delivery, installation, or maintenance preferred but not required.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
