Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Primary contact for nursing and supportive services staff education.Establishes professional education resources directed to health care professionals.Plans, assigns and directs the training and care provided by nursing assistants, licensed RN/LVN, and others for whom they are professionally responsible.Assists with the general orientation process and oversees the position orientation for clinical staff.Monitors and evaluates the training needs of facility employees.Ensures compliance with TB testing and infection control standards.Functions as a member of the Quality Assurance Committee.QualificationsAt least three years of work experience in a skilled nursing/rehab facilityPrevious DSD experience highly preferredLVN or RNAdditional InformationCompetitive pay.
