WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Host/Hostess assist with greeting guests, providing accurate wait times and escorting guests to the dining and bar areas. For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure. Ultimately, you’ll help ensure we provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience to our guests. Job responsibilities include:
- Greeting and welcoming all guests
- Answering incoming calls
- Creating and managing reservations
- Company and restaurant knowledge
- Overseeing flow of dining room and kitchen
- Escorting and directing guests throughout dining room
- Ensuring memorable experience for all guests
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
