What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Living Director position at Rauch, Inc?
Full time position to direct and manage the Community Living Services division of Rauch, Inc.
Develop, implement and supervise this division (Supported Living, Respite, and In-home services) toward the accomplishment of the stated mission of the departments within the division and the agency. Assure services are operated appropriately, safely, with in the financial objectives outlined in the budget, and within the regulations set forth by licensing, funding and accreditation agency standards. To assist in the overall planning towards the mission and goals of agency.
A qualified candidate will hold a master’s degree and one year of administrative experience in a related field or holds a bachelor’s degree and two years of professional and administrative experience. A driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle is required.
Experience with a human services residential program and being on call is preferred.
