We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and energetic individual to join our growing companies as the HR executive over the collective. As the HR Executive, you will lead and perform necessary administrative duties in the human resources department such as HR process and policy implementation, training & oversight, compliance assurance and archiving of HR records. Additionally, ensuring all brand process policies are compliant within their respective scopes.

In addition, you will have a number of HR decisions to help push departmental and organizational progress within the brands.

The HR executive will be responsible for leading and directing HR activities. Therefore, having a deep knowledge of the company structures is important.

You will be challenged to propose changes that strengthen our position as one of the most desired places to work in the industry. Therefore, the HR executive should focus on sustainability and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

The HR Executive responsibilities include:

  • Maintain HR documentation, such as Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, and Contracts of Employment.
  • Ensure our compliance within all employment related matters
  • Oversee and accomplish administrative processes.
  • Maintaining compliance with the state, federal or local labor or employment laws.
  • Supervising employee recruitment, meetings, and terminations.
  • Deal with and investigate employee complaints without any bias.
  • Introducing and implementing the use of new processes in the HR department.
  • Reporting to the company CEO or superiors.
  • Ensuring the application of the company’s HR policies.

  • Comfortable with the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Understanding of the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and its usage

Preferred Education and Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (or a relevant field of study).
  • A diploma or certifications in relevant courses (online courses are also applicable)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working as an HR executive or HR officer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
