**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation in our office environment.
**Duties:**
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing paperwork
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments-order and quote prossesing, emails, good detailed communications, and payment processing- accurarately communicate with customers, coworkers and the fabrication shop
- Act as a personal assistant to the office manager
- Perform front desk duties including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Support office management by organizing supplies and maintaining inventory
- Handle quote and order entry tasks accurately and efficiently
**Skills:**
- Proficient in computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
