Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director to join our team. As the Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our programs, as well as managing professionals and volunteers. This is a leadership role that requires strong relationship management skills, program management expertise, and a passion for making a positive impact in the community.
Responsibilities:
- Implement program strategies to meet the needs of our target population
- Manage and supervise program staff and volunteers providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with community partners to ensure effective service delivery
- Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments to ensure program effectiveness
- Oversee budgeting and financial management for programs
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
- Provide leadership in program development and expansion efforts
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to provide updates and address any issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate program documentation and reporting
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, behavioral health, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management or related role
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health programs and substance misuse/abuse
- Proven experience in program development and implementation
- Excellent supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong administrative skills, including budgeting and financial management
- Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with community partners

Pay: $65,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
