What are the responsibilities and job description for the Houseperson position at Raymond Management Company?
We are seeking an individual with strong multi-tasking skills and a passion to serve others. As a Houseperson, you will help deliver the RMC difference by providing an impressive first impression of our property. You will be responsible for the cleanliness, sanitization, and overall appearance of the public areas of the hotel.

What you will be doing:
- Cleaning public areas and corridors of the hotel to meet hotel standards.
- Cleaning furniture, elevators and glass in areas such as lobby, pool, public restrooms, and breakfast area.
- Vacuuming and/or sweeping floors, corridors and stairwells.
- Providing exemplary guest service by demonstrating a personal commitment to making every guest satisfied.
- Continuously promoting, communicating, and embodying the RMC culture.
