Secure Sensor Solutions (S3) - A Strategic Business Unit within Raytheon Intelligence and Space (RIS) – has an exciting opportunity for a senior financial analyst to support the newly developed Advanced Fighter Systems (AFS) Product Line. This role is a high visibility opportunity supporting several strategic cost-plus fixed fee development programs and will support each of the functions within AFS, including Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, and Operations.
Responsibilities include cost/schedule control and analysis (EVMS) through monthly IPMR submittals, Quarterly Estimate-at-Completions (EACs), variance analysis, forecasting, and various levels of reporting both internally and externally. In addition, the program team will work together to actively identify risks and/or opportunities that affect cost and/or schedule and provide proactive analysis of all financial aspects of the project.
This position is an integral part of a fast paced, high performing finance team where strategic tactical thinking, multitasking and personal initiative are key requirements. The effective candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all assignments are prioritized and completed on schedule with adequate time allotted for administration review. These programs require the ability to provide top level program planning and control guidance as well as the ability to summarize, package, and present information to the program team.
Required Skills:
- Excellent computer skills, which include a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel functions (Pivot Tables, Lookups, etc.)
- Good written and verbal skills including demonstrated ability to present complex information to all levels of organization
- Proficient in APEX EV and working knowledge of the SAP functions
- Professional experience of applied DoD EVMS principles

Required Education:
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree (Finance, Accounting, Economics or related Business Major preferred) and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience
Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through University Degree combined with experience. Practical knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
