RemoteRaytheon Intelligence Space (RI S) is seeking a Sr Procurement Analyst to support programs within the Space C2 Systems (SC2) organization. This position requires the overseeing of medium and low complexity procurements in support of U.S. government customers.
You will be responsible for placement of hardware, software and software maintenance purchase orders for the program. This program has orders varying from micro purchase threshold up to $1M . This role involves managing both internal and external customer expectations, meeting goals ahead of defined deadlines and reporting necessary information up the management chain.
Procurement tasks include, but are not limited to: completing price analysis', validation of source justifications, summaries of award, Subcontract documentation in accordance with Supply Chain Command Media and post-award management activities in accordance with company directives and work instructions.
Candidates should possess capability to review and negotiate terms and conditions and recommend final Raytheon position to Subject Matter Expert and/or Supply Chain Advisor and Office of General Counsel.
This position is remote. Candidate must have the ability to go into the office when required.
Required Skills:
2 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain.
Ability to obtain TS/SCI with CI Poly is required.
Ability to multi-task and perform in a dynamic, fast paced, changing environment
Ability to participate in formal negotiations (price, schedule and supplier exceptions to contractual requirements.
Ability to place a Purchase Order of low to medium complexity and process a medium to high volume of Purchase Orders
Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal customers and suppliers.
Ability to perform effectively and independently in a virtual environment
Must be able to handle multiple decisions based on workload dispersion, program priorities, and IPT decisions
Excellent problem solving skills and ability to think strategically
Proficiency to perform and comprehend price analyses, source selection/justification, with guidance as needed
Ability to effectively manage job responsibilities with minimal supervision
Ability to quickly assimilate new information, processes and tools
Desired Skills:
Use standard computer systems focused on supplier management processes (SAP-PRISM)
Ability to filter information from multiple sources to cultivate innovative solutions
Experience working with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Raytheon tools, as well as knowledge of supply chain processes
DoD procurement experience and knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (FAR/DFARS)
TS/SCI with CI Poly
Required Education:
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
