This is a temporary position of undetermined length
Develops and follows the approved proposal resume template to draft key personnel resumes from candidate work history. Ensures compliance with all key personnel and labor category requirements, and proposal instructions and evaluation factors. Interviews key personnel candidates to refine resumes and map work history to key personnel and labor category requirements. Updates key personnel resumes to reflect Color and proposal team feedback. Adheres to Raytheon RI&S proposal standards.
This is a Part-Time, On-Call position with estimated 15 hours per week.
Required Skills -
1-4 years of relevant experience (program management; human resources; journalism; technical writing)
Writing ability (presentation of complex information, persuasive writing, multiple styles and formats, tailoring content to specific audiences)
Ability to analyze requirements and develop outlines/tables to present relevant content
Ability to gather and organize data from interviews with key personnel candidates; subject matter experts; company information repositories; and online sources
Ability to work effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance
Desired Skills -
Clearance up to TS/SCI
Willingness to travel if needed
Understanding of U.S. Government proposal requirements
Minimum Education Required: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline
Desired Education: Graduate Degree in a relevant discipline
