Job Summary:
We have an immediate need for a cleared P4 business tools lead working onsite in beautiful Tucson, Arizona. The Advanced Technology/Advanced Effectors is the "front end of the business" and involves programs maturing from concepts to demonstrations including SRR/PDR/CDR milestones. Our organization fuels the rest of RMD for the next franchise opportunity so these programs bring significant visibility up to our Executive Leadership Team. There are several EV programs in this portfolio of varying sizes from $5M-$200M and you'll join a team supporting numerous analysts and managers.
Bring your EV experiences with ForProject or another EVMS tool to help our program teams set up and manage EV processes and ensure the tools are up to date.

This position is being offered in a fully ONSITE capacity in Tucson, AZ and is based on the needs of the business. Relocation assistance is being offered for this role.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Responsible for new installations & updates to PMX tool suite & forProject software
Support new installations from install through program baseline implementation
Providing hyper-care support until a program is baselined
Training, tool and program set up in EV software
Keep software updated to current versions
Facilitate approvals through customers
Focal point for DT, Planning & Finance for EV software
Update EAC rates in forProject quarterly
Coordinate & distribute forProject training materials & documentation
Hypercare support:
-Project set up from contract award to setting baseline (normally 60-90 days)
-Create mappings; PMX tool suite, forProject & MS Project
-Create layout for exports
-Post EV implementation (2-3 cycles after implementation)
-Assist to upload BCRs and status
-Patches: roll outs require support from BPM & IT
-Rolling wave planning
Break/fix support
-Realtime support accounting week 1 & week 2 to support CDRL deliverables
-Quarterly update forProject with RMD rates
Qualifications You Must Have:
An active and in-scope (Secret) U.S. security clearance
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
Typically requires 8 years of DoD business related experience; OR an advanced degree and 5 years of DoD business related experience
Experience with Earned Value (EV) tools & processes
Qualifications We Value:
Preference is an active Top Secret security clearance
Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Must be flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment
Able to meet critical deadlines and develop and apply solutions and process improvements
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with all levels of management both verbally and in written form
Ability to frame and interpret issues for Senior Management
Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited oversight and prioritize workload
Comfortable in a highly visible position with direct access to senior leadership
Demonstrated ability to work in cross functional teams
Experience recognizing process shortfalls and successfully implementing positive change
