Raytheon Intelligence and Space’s Technology Services Group is looking for a Technical Information Lead to join our diverse Automated Logistics Control System (ALCS) Team in supporting a wide range of internal and external customers that utilize our solution worldwide.

The ALCS Team is a product support and development team that both supports the large ALCS application and related software constructs and innovates on logistic solutions for customers around the globe. Innovations include new technologies, interfaces, features and methods. ALCS is a turn-key solution for software and hardware across a global network of users.

• Remote Position providing support to Tewksbury, MA

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the administration of multiple functions within the product support function for ALCS Product Administration and End User Experience.

• Communicate customer and mission requirements and assisting in the administration of product design and applications that support current customer and emerging market requirements.

• Insure the ALCS product and services are fully documented, and all technical information is consistent, current, and ready for use across the User, Development and Marketing domains.

• Engage in information systems design, development, and analysis encompassing two or more of the following areas of technical expertise: programming, application analysis, software development, systems integration, and related disciplines.

• Meet with existing customers and current program coordinators as well as the ALCS Business Analysis’s to develop and/or facilitate the development of technical documentation.

• Identify both essential and marginal tasks and/or Training and Marketing materials.

• Research and analysis of other software systems and services in the logistics market space.

Experience and Skills:

• 8 years of experience with database applications and data intensive processes such as Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Replication, and Reporting Services.

• Experience generating deliverable documents, planning activities including developing and performing presentations to the customer.

• Working knowledge of databases applications and data intensive processes such as Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Replication, and Reporting Services.

• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint.

• Possess sufficient professional knowledge to operate independently, within a broad scope of authority, and with minimal supervision.

• Ability to research complex customer problems and provide technical solutions.

• Ability to coordinate and interface effectively at all levels of the organization, across a multi-contractor and government workforce.

• Ability to work in a self-guided manner while working with product key team members.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communications skills.

Desired Experience and Skills:

• Experience with process and/or training solutions, including TCP/IP networking, database administration and software requirements.

• Knowledge of the MILSTRIP, MILSTRAP, and US ARMY STAMIS standards and functions.

• Extensive working experiences with Automated Logistics Control System for supply and maintenance tracking is desirable.

U.S. Citizenship required, as the applicant must have the ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance within first year of start date.

Education:

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience; or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 6 years’ experience.

The salary range for this role is 94,000 USD - 196,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
