OnsiteThe ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to interface with government customers and employees at all levels. The candidate should be effective at organizing and prioritizing customer/management requests within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Organizational skills to include attention to detail, time management and ability to multi-task are a high priority. Strong communication skills are expected, to include: excellent writing, speaking, analytical, organizational, and customer service skills. Must be a self-starter and capable of working with a limited level of supervision and guidance, be committed to continuous learning and professional development, and work well as a member of cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supporting a large classified program
Maintain document control inventories
Manage media control policy
Conduct periodic checks of containers/areas
Process visit requests
Assist in annual self-inspections
Inventories
Develop/maintain processes and procedures
Required Skills:
Current Top Secret/SSBI within 6 years
Experience working in a Special Programs environment
Working knowledge of the NISPOM and DoDM 5205.07 Vol. 1 – 4
Attention to detail
Ability to plan, schedule, and arrange activities in accomplishing objectives
Ability to work extended hours in a fast-paced, deadline-driven office environment
Self-starter with minimal supervision
Desired Skills:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Microsoft Office Suite
Team player
Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through University Degree combined with experience. Practical knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
Engineering/Other Technical Positions:
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics(STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
