Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Talent Advisor/Recruiter who is excited about working in a fast paced, action oriented environment, partnering with business leaders and Human Resources to attract top talent to meet our business goals. The TA Advisor will be responsible for the development and implementation of sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines and acquire talent.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, relationship building, communication, and project management skills.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Engages with key stakeholder as a business partner to align recruitment strategies with hiring needs.
Perform all aspects of recruiting and sourcing including hosting strategy discussions with hiring managers; adhering to compliance requirements; sourcing to develop a pipeline of qualified, diverse candidates; developing compensation packages and closing candidates.
Use data, metrics, and market data to drive discussions with the business and influence change to bring in the best talent.
Plan and manage hiring events.
Tracking and reporting candidate activity with strong attention to detail.
Collaborate with teammates and share best practices.
Utilize IDS tools, methods and procedures to drive results.
Some local and domestic travel may be required to attend job fairs and other events.
Required Skills:
4+ years of corporate recruiting or a combination of corporate and staffing agency experience.
Experience managing high volume and adhering to process and/or compliance requirements.
Experience in the full scope of Talent Acquisition including development of recruiting strategies; sourcing to develop pipelines of qualified, diverse candidates; screening, interviewing and selection protocols; offer development; and candidate negotiation and closing.
Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
Experience using social and digital media as it applies to talent acquisition.
Experience planning and managing hiring events.
Experience engaging with key stakeholders as a business partner to align talent acquisition strategies to business requirements.

Analytic skills; able to interpret and report out on data
Required Education:
BA/BS Degree or equivalent education and experience
