Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The Physical Therapist will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain after injury or illness. They will create individualized treatment plans, supervise exercises and stretches, and track progress to ensure optimal results for each patient.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assess patients' physical abilities and limitations
- Develop personalized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs
- Conduct therapy sessions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life
- Instruct patients on therapeutic exercises and activities to be practiced at home
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities
