Job Description
The Media Coordinator is an entry level position. This individual will support Media Planners and Senior Media Planners by providing tactical media support to each client team. They will have executional responsibilities including Ad Server management, campaign delivery/QA, creative specs and managing IOs. They will also participate in competitive analysis and tracking and vendor/publisher relationship support.
- Assists Media Planners and Sr. Media Planners on media plan development and competitive analysis.
- Will learn media basics and will learn to utilize media planning tools (Prisma, DoubleClick, etc.) to assist planners; executes media plans and plan revisions.
- Participates in competitive analysis and tracking.
- Supports vendor/publisher relationship.
Qualifications
- Interest in Digital Media and relevant education and/or experience
- Strong attention to detail, quality assurance.
- Emerging negotiation skills.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year, accredited college or university.

- None; entry level position

Compensation Range: $46,500-68,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The company anticipates the application window for this job posting will end 4/1/2024.
