Skills
- Have knowledge of service, food, and beverage.
- Able to follow directions and work well as a team.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
- Promptly answer telephone calls, in order to take down reservations, take-out orders, and professionally, handle customer complaints.
