Daily Tasks:
• Learn about Dodge IIoT technologies
• Learn about industrial applications and how our products can better serve industries and society
• Provide technical support and training for IIoT products and applications utilizing cutting-edge customer service
tools
• Build new and strengthen existing relationships with customers through multiple forms of communication,
which includes but is not limited to in-person meetings, email, phone, and Microsoft Teams
• Collaborate with other functional areas including engineering, sales, and marketing
• Execute research projects to support ongoing product development for IIoT products
• Proactively participate in new product development projects
• Occasional travel as required to provide on-site customer service including training, installation support, and
diagnosis
Preferred Education, Skills, and Experience:
• Major in Economics, Data Science and Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Computer Science
or Engineering,
• Analytical skills with an emphasis on critical thinking, root cause analysis, and problem-solving
• Communication and presentation skills
• Team Collaboration - understands, values, and willingly contributes in team sessions
• Aptitude for learning, bias toward sharing new Ideas
• Strong communication skills (oral and written communications)
• Problem solving capabilities
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
