What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Analyst position at RBC?
The incumbent is responsible for managing the control of all documents used to support the Quality Management System, generate inspection related documents as required, support internal and external audits, and provide support for Quality Assurance/Control daily activities. The incumbent will also be responsible for coordinating all activities in the QA Department relative to the continuous improvement program.
- Develop, communicate, collect and analyze a myriad of data to assure the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
- Develop and implement, individually or via teams, continuous improvement activities as it relates to the Quality Assurance Department.
- Responsible for maintaining document control aspects of the Quality System infrastructure which includes managing the quality policy manual, operating procedures, work instructions, forms, internal audit program, corrective actions, supplier management, and relevant metrics.
- Interface with management, manufacturing, customers, and regulatory agencies as applicable to core responsibilities.
- Conduct internal audits, including closing out audit findings, and creating audits finding reports.
- Support the overall Internal Audit program with guidance from the Quality Assurance Manager.
- Preparation of QA reports as applicable.
- Provide documentation support for daily inspection and delegation activities.
- Responsible for Quality System Maintenance as applicable to document control.
- Assist Quality manager in establishing, implementing, and maintaining the quality management system.
- Schedule and run monthly quality meetings.
