Marketing Associate Job Description
We are looking for dependable, client service-oriented marketing associates with excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills. Marketing associates can expect to work closely with sales executives and Marketing Manager. As a Marketing Associate you will be responsible for completing research, editing & copying, and following trends on multiple social platforms. The Marketing Associate will manage all social platforms. Other responsibilities will include event planning, promotional inventory management, and client relationship building.

To be successful as a marketing associate you must understand the importance of confidentiality, stay up to date with style guides and marketing trends, and be a good writer and speaker. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent administrative and word processing software skills, presentation know-how, and experience with relevant technology.
Marketing Associate Responsibilities:

• Conducting research on consumer and market trends, target demographics, and competing brands
• Monitoring the efficacy of marketing trends through analytical tools and software.
• Doing day-to-day Marketing tasks which may include doing tasks at the direction of the Marketing Manager and Business Development Director.
• Helping to plan events, projects, and campaigns.
• Helping to create proposals and presentations.
• Manage social media accounts.
• Communicating with clients and maintaining good relations.
• Meeting with current customers at their location to take videos, pictures, and testimonials.
• Assistance in photo and video editing as needed.
• Identifying and crafting main media messages

Marketing Associate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related fields OR one plus year(s) experience in marketing.
• Good knowledge of analytical software, such as Google Analytics.
• Must have a Growth Mindset, be motivated, and driven for success.
• Must have great problem-solving skills.
• Have a creative outlook on social media posts while maintaining safety standards.
• Ability to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand format.
• Proficiency with computer programs, such as MS Excel and Adobe photoshop.
• Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve knowledge a plus, but not required.
• Excellent people skills.
• Possibility of some travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,500.00 per year
