General Service Technician

Job Duties:

• Complete maintenance work orders and make ready tasks as assigned by the Service Manager and Community Manager.
• Participate in preventative maintenance plans for the community.
• Communicate with Service Manager and Community Manager daily and report deficiencies with the assets, resident issues and propose action to repair/correct.
• Communicate with the Service Manager and Community Manager when shop inventory is low.
• Perform ground maintenance, assist with trash removal, and participate in property inspections daily and as directed by the Service Manager or Community Manager.
• Ensure the buildings are kept in top shape inside and outside of the buildings.
• Deliver excellent customer service to both residents and team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Check and respond to company email daily.
• Will participate in the on-call rotation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Florissant, MO 63033: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Property maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
