What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Service Technician position at RBM Partners?
Job Duties:
- Complete maintenance work orders and make ready tasks as assigned by the Service Manager and Community Manager.
- Participate in preventative maintenance plans for the community.
- Communicate with Service Manager and Community Manager daily and report deficiencies with the assets, resident issues and propose action to repair/correct.
- Communicate with the Service Manager and Community Manager when shop inventory is low.
- Perform ground maintenance, assist with trash removal, and participate in property inspections daily and as directed by the Service Manager or Community Manager.
- Ensure the buildings are kept in top shape inside and outside of the buildings.
- Deliver excellent customer service to both residents and team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Check and respond to company email daily.
- Will participate in the on-call rotation.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- Property maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
