Bartender
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
- Collaborate with other staff members to provide excellent customer service
Skills:
- Strong math skills for accurately calculating bills and making change
- Experience with POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry and providing exceptional customer service
- Previous experience in the bar industry or food service is preferred
