Role Description

This part-time on-site role located in Richland, WA, for a Technical Recruiter/Business Development professional. It is anticipated that this position will grow to be full time depending on candidate and company needs. This role requires recruiting and hiring personnel for technical positions. Additionally, candidates will be responsible for business development activities that will include creating new business relationships, maintaining existing business relationships, and pursuing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills

Technical Recruiting and Recruiting skills

Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to interact with various departments, employees, clients, candidates, and vendors

Proven ability to manage recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating job offers

Ability to identify and understand technical requirements to effectively screen and recruit potential employees

Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus

Additional Information

Pay range is $30-50/hr depending on qualifications plus commission options for production. Full time benefits include paid vacation, medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD/Life, and 401k matching.
