THE JOB
As a Production/Calibration Technician, you are responsible for the calibration and testing of every badass machine we build. You will be exposed to the entire manufacturing process from start to finish and testing/operating all of it. You will be responsible for ensuring the machine leaves for its new home well protected, properly crated, and secured before leaving your sight. Once completed with your task the next person to see the machine is the customer!! You will also assist the shipping/receiving department from time to time along with occasionally work on large and small mechanical assemblies, electrical wiring work, fuel system assembly, machine assembly, and many other tasks. We will train you in most aspects of the assembly operations, so you won't be stuck doing just one thing very day. This position reports to the Operations Manager.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
- Calibrating and testing final product.
- Preparing finished product for shipping.
- Operating forklift to load/unload machines.
- Assisting the shipping/receiving department when needed.
- Basic electrical & mechanical assembly at times.
- Organizing and maintaining tools, inventory, and facilities
- Participating in continuous improvement ideas.
- Any other duties as requested by management from time to time.
Required Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical schooling helpful
- Some exposure to assembly in a manufacturing environment
- Exhibit attention to detail, and follow manufacturing work instructions
- Comfortable working independently without constant supervision
- Ability to handle physical assembly work and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid drivers license

This full-time position is hourly, 4 days a week, 10 hour shifts Monday to Thursday, with most Fridays off. Benefits include paid vacation/sick leave, health/dental/vision insurance, 401k matching retirement plan, life/accident insurance.
We are located near the intersection of Hwy 41 and Lineville Road in Suamico, just a few minutes north of Green Bay.
