Job Description: Senior Warehouse (IRPR)
Job Summary:
The Senior Warehouse position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing products and materials. The Senior Warehouse worker will also be responsible for managing a team of warehouse workers and ensuring that all safety and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing products and materials
- Manage a team of warehouse workers and ensure that all safety and quality standards are met
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all products are properly labeled and stored
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all orders are fulfilled on time and accurately
- Train new warehouse workers and provide ongoing training and support to existing staff
- Perform regular inspections of the warehouse to ensure that all equipment is in good working order
- Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including inventory levels, shipments, and returns
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment
- Experience managing a team of warehouse workers
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards for warehouse operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
