We are on the lookout for a savvy Entry Level Sales Assistant to assist in our mission to drive client sales, increase new client acquisition, enhance market research, and target key demographics direct to consumers. Our Entry Level Sales Assistants Will:
- Conduct and attend meetings covering client updates, sales promotions, client acquisition rates, new product launches, office goals ect.
- Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities and provide our clients the promotional reach they desire
- Collaborate with coordinating departments on industry trends and innovative marketing or sales strategies to increase customer acquisition and sales revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating the utmost care and respect for each individual and actively listening to their specific wants
- Shadow our top Managers and Executive to gain comprehensive knowledge of our clients, mission, vision, policies, and the standards we have set for our team members
- Answer all consumer questions to the fullest extent and relate to their concerns in an empathetic manner
- Directly inform consumers on the benefits of our clients vs competitors and how we can better serve them long-term
- Analyze sales performance to establish individual and team sales goals that will ensure we exceed client expectations
- Present opportunities to increase client acquisition and consumer satisfaction to the department heads in Sales
We Look For The Following In An Entry Level Sales Assistant:
- 0-3 years in Sales, Leadership, Sales, Client Relations, or Customer Service is encouraged
- Ability to pick up and implement new strategies with ease
- Patience with clients, customers, and team members in all departments
- Natural leadership abilities and the desire to grow professionally and personally
