Come join the nation's largest cable television retention company hiring for Field Retention/Collections Supervisor to assist in overseeing several NY markets.
We are currently hiring an energetic, organized, candidate with a positive attitude and solid work ethic with the ability to lead a 7-10 person crew for surrounding areas.
About the Position:
Supervisor will oversee our day to day operations as well as perform field responsibilities. Mostly communicating remotely with their team.
Our team is a door to door customer relations crew. These are not sales positions. Our primary responsibility is to recover all outstanding debts or equipment on the deactivated accounts within our designated service area. We also serve as a customer service advocate for our client. We will offer answers and solutions if possible to the customers while at the door.
Our top field producers are overachievers, go getters, high energy and competitive types of people.
Requirements:
Must have prior Supervisor or Management experience.
Must have a valid driver's license and current liability insurance with you as a listed driver.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
Must have a clean and reliable vehicle.
Must have a neat and clean business casual appearance.
Must be self-motivated.
Availability to travel for short periods of time for training.
Comfortable leading remotely & utilizing technology for communications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $700.00 - $1,400.00 per week
